Step 1
Connect an assistant
GiftFit matches how God wired someone to an open role. Sign in so this use is recorded under your email. Then pick the AI service, paste its key, and download a PDF you can email yourself. The key stays in this browser. GiftFit does not email the report.
Who is using GiftFit
A short code is emailed to you. That is how the server records who ran the match. The finished report stays a PDF on this computer.

Recorded under this email
The key is billed by the token. Cleaning about 500 people and writing the report for 10 roles is roughly $0.30 with OpenAI, $1 with Gemini, $2 with Grok, and $2.50 with Anthropic. Grok sign-in uses the subscription instead of a token bill.
Sign in with Grok
Approve a code in the browser. This uses a Grok subscription, not an API key.
Step 2
Bring in your people
Drop the volunteer spreadsheet your office already keeps. GiftFit turns it into one row per person. A short list can be typed in by hand instead.

Step 3
Bring in the needs
List the openings you need filled. Drop a short spreadsheet, or add each role by hand. A coordinator name and email are printed on the PDF so you know who should receive that page.

Step 4
Ask for the matches
Choose how many names each role should receive. GiftFit writes a score, a reason, and the gaps a coordinator should know before they invite someone. Download the PDF, then attach it in your own email.
The PDF saves to this computer. Attach that file in your email and send it to the staff.
